With over two decades spent working in Corporate America, Jen brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and lived experience in the areas of sales, client management, executive relationship building, managing high-performing teams, and creating new ways to solve big challenges. As an executive at The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC, and then Optum in Eden Prairie, MN, her experience runs the gamut of the business life cycle amidst acquisitions, recessions, and all manner of corporate change.

 

Since 2017, Jen has been coaching and facilitating leadership development and learning experiences for professionals at all stages of their career, from early-career through senior executive, ranging from individual coaching through large group engagements. As a certified Integral Coach, Jen brings an adaptive leadership sensibility and a whole-person approach to helping her clients live and thrive at work and at home.
